The intention of this ministry is to reach adult males in their place of need and interest. Special focus is given in the areas of spiritual and social interaction. The "Men of Integrity" meet at regularly scheduled meetings.  These meetings range from bible study, to fishing tournaments to overnight hunting trips.  All activities are directed to reach specific areas of the life and responsibility of the adult Christian male.

Emphasis is also directed toward the role of the man as the spiritual leader and example to: his family, his friends, his coworkers and his church. Additionally this ministry is designed to be a support team for the Pastor. Wherein, the men of the church become the outstretched hands of the Pastor. As well they become the strength and support for him whereas to aid in the successfulness of the ministry.
